Disclaimer: This guides will be using ‘CWM Recovery’ as a tool to  the flash  official firmware on your own Samsung Galaxy S4 SPH-L720. How to Flash TriForceROM 5.4 on Samsung Galaxy S4 SPH-L720

1. First step is to reboot your phone into Recovery mode, by pressing and holding down the Volume Up button, alongside Home and the Power button, until the screen flashes, release the three buttons then. After a few seconds that, the phone will be enter recovery mode.
2. Once in to the recovery mode, take a Nandroid backup your existing ROM. This is necessary, to enables you to recover your current ROM install, just in a case the new ROM does not performa according to your liking. In order to perform a backup, select Backup and Restore, then on the next screen, select Backup again. Please Go back into main recovery menu after the backup is complete
3. Once done, select wipe data/factory reset, now select ‘Yes’ on the next screen to confirm your actions. Wait for a few minutes will the phone wipes your data. Once complete, to go back to CWM or TWRP Recovery menu and Wipe Cache Partition and then now Wipe Dalvik Cache.
4. Select install the zip from sdcard, then select choose a zip from SD card. That you copied earlier and select it by pressing the Power button. Confirm installation by selecting Yes. Install the  zip file on the next screen. The ROM installation will begin.
5. Once, the phone finishes installing the ROM, you need to re-do step 7, but choose Gapps .zip file instead of ROM zip to install the Google apps package.
6. When GApps get installed, then go back to main recovery menu and select reboot system now.
7. That’s it.
