• Boot your device into TWRP recovery mode
• Tap on the Backup button
• Select to  all the needed partitions to create  backup of them
• Swipe right to create the backup

How to Restore Nandroid Backup using TWRP Recovery

• Boot your device into TWRP recovery mode
• Tap on the Restore button
• Choose all the needed partitions to be restored
• Swipe right to restore them
• Reboot when the restore is completed
